Ron has been involved in starting and multiplying small groups and churches for over 30 years. He serves as the assistant international director of DOVE International and provides regional leadership to the USA and also serves on the Europe apostolic team. Ron travels as a conference speaker providing leadership training and imparting the life of God to the body of Christ.
